Payment

Liontech accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT. (insert valuta here)

Liontech uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.


Delivery

Liontech delivers on all working days, with orders placed before 12.00

We usually have 24-48 hour delivery on 95% of our orders, and these are shipped from our Danish warehouse in Kastrup, for other delivery times this is stated on our product page under the "Delivery" tab


Complaints

There is a 2 year warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.

The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

Liontech will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Parcels sent COD (cash on delivery) will not be accepted.


Refund

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.


Right of cancellation

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased from our webshop.

The period starts from the day you receive the order.

Return costs are at your own expense.

Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days.

Condition of the goods when you return them

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.

If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

So, to receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may try the product, but not actually use it.
